International Women’s Day 2022

It is International Women’s Day 2022 and here, at Inova Consultancy, we are imagining a world of gender equality, where women and girls across the world have access to equal opportunities and rights.

They can reach leadership positions, because they deserve to.

Our Women Making Waves project aims to strengthen the leadership skills and build the self-confidence of women who face a double disadvantage. The project also aims to raise awareness of the gender gap in leadership positions.

They choose to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics because they want to.

The FemSTEM platform provides women with positive role models and encourages them to take the next steps towards their future career in STEM.

Our MentoraSTEAM project focuses on highly skilled migrant women’s employability in STEAM and seeks to raise awareness about the challenges migrant women face. It will also develop a tailor-made training programme to address migrant women’s needs and support them to access and succeed in the careers they choose.

We are also currently running our “Mentoring In Action: Women and Girls in STEM” Programme in México and Perú supporting the development of self-efficacy, the knowledge of the gender gap, and the development of mentoring knowledge for women in STEM.

They feel confident being financially independent.

The FLY-IN project is addressing financial literacy needs of young migrant women not in education, employment or training and will develop an innovative training program for youth workers giving them guidance and tools to train  NEET young women with a migrant background.

Mums have the support they need to follow their aspirations and talents and set up their own businesses.

Mumpreneurship is a project seeking to help mothers who  run their own businesses by providing toolkits and training on key aspects such as leadership, entrepreneurship and self-advocacy.

In this world, children learn that everyone in the world is equal, and teachers have the tools to show them that everyday in the classroom.

T-SHIRT is a project that aims to raise awareness of gender equality issues and empower teaching communities to address issues of gender inequality. A training course will be developed that will enhance teachers’ capacity to create more gender equal environments in their classrooms.

Today, we are taking a break to reflect on our achievements, to celebrate our successes and to take care of ourselves, setting goals for an even more successful year ahead. We are hoping you will do the same, and we have the perfect gift for yourself (or the women in your life) to achieve that!  A gift voucher for 60 minutes of one-on-one coaching for €60 plus VAT will introduce you to the benefits of coaching and empower you to take the next steps in setting your goals so you can feel more confident and independent moving forwards.
