Marina Larios
Director & Trainer/Coach
Marina is Inova’s Director and set up the company in 2001, to support her passion for promoting equal opportunities and particularly for supporting women in business and non-traditional fields. Marina is an experienced entrepreneur and business coach. She has an MSc in Organisation Development and Consultancy, an MA in Communication Studies and she is an NLP practitioner. Marina is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and has a PGDIPL in Clinical Hypnotherapy and is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
Eric Wijmenga
Co-Director/Finance Manager
Eric is Inova’s Co-Director and Finance Manager. He is also the founder and director of our subsidiary Inova Education, an educational marketing and recruitment agency, established in 1996 and working across LATAM. Inova Education delivers services in partnership with UK HEIs, British embassies, national funding bodies, the British Council and Chevening teams across LATAM.
Carolyn Usher
International Project Manager & Trainer/Coach
Carolyn joined Inova in 2011 and is a Project Manager, trainer and coach. She is passionate about development and supporting people to achieve their dreams. Carolyn has a PGCert in Coaching and Mentoring from Sheffield Hallam University, BA in Communication and Cultural Studies and a MA in Cultural Policy and Management.
Babett Csokán
International Project Manager
Babett is an International Project Manager at Inova working on projects related to employability and entrepreneurship. Her academic and professional background is in human rights, a topic she is passionate about.
Val Boulding
Trainer/Coach
Val is a teacher, educator, manager, coach, mentor and consultant with over 20 years experience in adult education. She has a degree in Sustainable Communities and Teaching, from Sheffield Hallam University. Val has worked with a wide range of organisations in the public sector, private sector and voluntary community sector and always aims to support others to meet their full potential and life goals. In addition, over a 10 year period and using her entrepreneurial skills she has worked self employed on a range of projects from retail to education and consultancy. She has worked for the Sheffield Hallam University and the WEA (Workers Education Association) and is passionate about lifelong learning for everyone.
Regina Solis
Project Coordinator
Regina is a teacher and anthropologist from Guatemala with a master’s degree in cultural narratives and a background in social movements, culture industry and Latin American studies. As a social sciences professional, she is deeply interested in understanding and re-imagining identities through cultural artefacts and collective narratives. She loves working with people and trying to identify the cultural cues that inform their behaviours and perceptions.

Geert van Witteloostuijn
Geert (Jack) is the General Manager at Inova Education. Working with people and building bridges is what he likes best. Through Inova Education, he dedicates himself to assisting Latin-American sudents to achieve their goal of studying in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Jack enjoys music, travel, films and all varieties of sports. Jack is a British Council Certified Student Counsellor.
Deborah Cedeño
Deborah holds the position of Team Manager and Senior International Study Advisor, bringing over 12 years of experience from her work in UK Higher Education and with the British Council. As someone who has pursued studies abroad, she enjoys travelling, encountering new cultures and meeting diverse people, gaining insights from various perspectives. Deborah is a British Council Certified Student Counsellor.
Ece Zenginer
Ece is the Admissions Coordinator at Inova Education and works as an independent consultant. With a foundation in law, her academic specialisation is rooted in human rights studies. She is dedicated to offering great support and assistance, helping students towards educational opportunities abroad. Ece has a keen interest in dancing, loves travel and enjoys coffee. Ece is a British Council Certified Student Counsellor.
Carlo Vidal Miranda
Carlo manages all marketing and social media at Inova Education. He is an alumnus of The University of Sheffield and loves travelling and playing sports, especially football. Having lived and studied in Peru, the United Kingdom and Austria, Carlo is passionate about spreading awareness of European education across Latin America, fully embracing what being Latin American is about.
Fabiola Delfín
Fabiola is one of Inova Education’s Senior International Study Advisors. Her diverse background includes roles in Civil Society Organizations and an Embassy, and she has lived in the US and New Zealand. Fabiola enjoys learning about different cultures and people, is passionate about human rights and views student mobility as a powerful tool for fostering personal and professional growth. Fabiola is a British Council Certified Student Counsellor.
Salma Sánchez
Salma is one of Inova Education’s International Study Advisors. Salma studied International Relations where she developed her passion for sharing knowledge and creating open channels of communication. Her own experience of studying abroad transformed her outlook, inspiring her to guide others towards the incredible opportunities that you can create by just steppoing out of one’s comfort zone. Salma is a British Council Certified Student Counsellor.
