Peru HEIs: Mentoring Women in STEM
Following our successful Mentoring in Action: Women and Girls in STEM programme, we have been working further with the British Council in Peru to develop training for staff in Higher Education Institutions in Peru on how to set up and run mentoring programmes to support diverse communities of staff and students.
Staff at participating institutions have taken part in live, online workshops and online training, and will then be supported to set up mentoring programmes supporting diversity in universities.
