Learning2gether
The Learning2gether project aims to promote and improve the employability skills of those not currently in education, employment or training. This will be achieved by developing their knowledge of digital skills used for business, as well as soft skills needed for employment.
This project will also enable younger generations to share skills and experiences with older employees within small and medium enterprises. Through skills-swap and mentoring methods, the project will allow different generations to learn from one another and gain invaluable skills for the developing job market.
